Shipping and Returns

 

SHIPPING INFORMATION 

Most orders will ship within one or two business days. If your order is placed after 1 pm GMT on Friday, your order will be shipped out Monday. However, please allow for up to 48 hours for order processing during the busy times.

All orders are shipped out Monday through Friday via Yodel for our Tracked Services. This excludes Public Bank Holidays and all other Major Holidays.

Please make sure to include any apartment, building, or suite number with your address if applicable. Any missing information from your address will effect delivery times and in some cases may cause your package to be returned to our workshop. In these cases, we will attempt to contact you for the correct address and additional shipping payment may occur. If no response after 72 hours, your order will be refunded, minus your original shipping charge.

All orders receive one shipping option of Yodel delivery.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING OPTIONS

Discussed per order, cost based on location and weight.

ORDER AND SHIPMENTS NOTIFICATIONS

Order confirmations emails are sent shortly after your order is placed. Shipping confirmation emails will be sent once payment has been cleared. These have been known to sneak into the spam folder of email inboxes in the past.

Never fear! If you have received a message from MOO CHUU with an order number on the website itself, your order has been placed.

We are also always more than happy to triple verify this order or shipping confirmation via phone or email; please include information you may have, such as first and last name, date, and order number to assist us in locating your order efficiently.

 

What shipping options do you offer?

We currently offer one shipping method via Yodel 72 hour delivery


How do I qualify for Free UK Shipping?

At times we will provide free delivery all on all items. Other items will include a postage fee, which will be presented upon check out and before payment is made.

Can I change my shipping option once my order has been placed?

If you would like to upgrade your shipping option, please contact us via phone or email. Office hours are Monday through Friday, 9am - 5pm GMT. 


When can I expect my order to ship?

All orders will typically be picked, packed, and shipped within 24-48 hours.
May to August are our busiest months, due to the summer season. This is also the busiest time for shipping services. Please allow extra time for your package to arrive during these months.


My package says delivered but I don’t have it. What do I do?

Please check your tracking number from Yodel.com email. When Yodel deliveries are made a GPS marker is placed where the parcel is delivered.  Check with your neighbours to ensure it hasn’t been mis-delivered. Failing this, please contact us.


Oops, my package was shipped to the wrong address. What do I do?

Please reach out to us via email or contact us form so we can help look into the situation. If you missed an apartment or box number, we suggest reaching out to you local post office. If you accidentally inputted the incorrect address, your package may potentially be sent back to us. MOO CHUU is not responsible for any additional shipping fees. 

 

 

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

What is your return policy?

We accept returns or exchanges within 30 days for unworn merchandise in its original, unaltered packaging. No refund on return shipping cost, but in the instance of an exchange we can cover the cost to get your MOO CHUUs back out to you! Any refunds made by us will be processed back to the original payment method when you placed your order within 14 working days of receipt. Please note that you will not be reimbursed for the original shipping charges. 

 

I received a defective product. Can I return it?

Yes. Unfortunately, defects do happen, and we want to make it right! Please send us an image of your defective MOO CHUU to hello@moochuuuk.co.uk - with your order number within 30 days of receiving your order. We will respond asap with steps on how to return..

Please Note: We know how exciting it can be to get a new pair of MOO CHUUs in the mail, you just want to tear it open! However, please be very careful when opening your package, as we, unfortunately, cannot accept returns of MOO CHUUs with damage due to scissors from cutting your package open. Be careful!


Do you take returns from MOO CHUU stockists nationwide?

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns purchased from other websites such as Amazon, or brick and mortar stockists. Please contact them to inquire about their return policy.
